X Light: 600mm in length, 0.3mm thickness. Replicate 5lb (2.27kg) resistancy.
Light: 600mm in length, 0.6mm thickness. Replicates 10lb (approximately 4.5kg) resistancy.
Medium: 600mm in length, 0.9mm thickness. Replicates 15lb (approximately 6.8kg) resistancy.
Heavy: 600mm in length, 1.2mm thickness. Replicates# 20lb (approximately 9kg) resistancy.
X Heavy: 600mm in length, 1.5mm thickness. Replicates 25lb (approximately 11.4kg) resistancy.
