Vinyl Kettlebell Ideal For Home Workouts

Kettlebell’s are designed to make home workouts more varied, and with it’s vinyl finish these kettlebells are good for indoor and outdoor use as they are so easy to clean.

We have the 20kg variant in our fitness studio, and for us we enjoy using it for all sorts of workouts. From standing overhead press, to two-handed kettlebell swings, goblet squats, farmers walks, and Turkish get ups.

The ergonomically designed handles allow for a firm grip and ensures stability whilst in use. We would however recommend using gym gloves if you are looking to protect your hands through multiple sets, as the vinyl handle can rub causing calluses. Of course this is down to preference of the user.

Kettlebells are the easiest way to take your home gym workouts to a new level. Offering you a full body workout, they utilise different muscle groups through their ability to be flung, lifted and pushed.

It is proven that Kettlebell workouts will help reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently. If you are time poor, and just want to get yourself active, then kettlebells are for you.
