High Quality Universal Exercise Handle (set of 2) Ideal for both home workouts with resistance bands, or using with a cable pulley machine.
The main body of these exercise handles are constructed from high grade nylon, and twice stitched around the Black Coated Steel D ring. The non-slip handle itself is made up of a ABS Plastic Core and finished off with a stunning, non-slip soft NPR Padding which makes for comfortable use every time.
At Buds Fitness we have taken the decision to include 2 x carabiner clips, as we are big advocates of using exercise handles with resistance bands and in order to do this you will need a carabiner clip.
How Can I use Exercise Handles on Resistance Bands?
Attach the high grade steel d-rings to your carabiner and then open your carabiner allowing the resistance band to sit on the inside of the carabiner. Once connected you will get much more use out of your resistance bands but also be in a better position with your form to have more of a natural carry over from warm up into main movement.
Will these work anywhere?
Yes they are truly universal. We would highly recommend taking a set with you in your gym bag. Absolutely noting more frustrating than getting to your local gym and realising the attachment you wanted to use is being used by someone else on a different cable pulley machine.
