After three gruelling events, across three locations and with 19 incredible women taking part, we are proud to announce our first every winner of Here Come The Girls’ Strength League as Jade Osman
A special mention to Jade Osman, Ronique Collingwood, Katie Skipper and Ann Diggle for making all three competitions and but for injuries I know that Marie would have loved to have competed at all three but we were delighted to see Marie in attendance in St Ives cheering on the women that she had competed with over the year.
Masters League Results
League Position & Name | Leg 1 – Atherstone | Leg 2 – Sawtry | Leg 3 – St Ives | Total Points |

5th. Steffi | 0 | 0 | 12 | 12 |
A clean sweep for Suze Reynolds in the first year of Here Come The Girls’ Strength League. To say Suze has been the complete athlete would be an understatement. Not only has Suze won 90% of the events during each leg but within the athlete are Suze is so supportive of the other athletes, it is a true pleasure to have her join our league this year.
Special mention to Reb who attended all three events and gave it everything in each events, showing no quit and making sure that Suze remained honest throughout the league. Also huge credit should go to Georgia for securing the league title in Sawtry, only to compete in masters in leg 3. Georgia could have just sat back and watched but Georgia not only took part but really mixed up the points on the day in St Ives.
Opens League Results
League Position & Name | Leg 1 – Atherstone | Leg 2 – Sawtry | Total Points |
1st. Georgia Darlison | 33.5 | 47 | 80.5 |
2, Sophie Roche | 44 | 0 | 44 |
3. Kelly Roberts | 0 | 38 | 38 |
4. Emily Fitzgerald | 24.5 | 0 | 24.5 |
Our opens champion for 2024 was crowned in Sawtry back in June as Georgia Darlison who after 2 legs had set an unattainable lead. Georgia who could have easily rested up, decided to join the masters for the 3rd event. In 2025 it would be amazing to see the return of Emily, Sophie and Kelly who put in great performances in Sawtry and St Ives respectively. In Atherstone we saw Sophie take the leg win, with consistency across the day, and Emily also competed in Atherstone who we christened the sandbag queen after her sandbag run! In Sawtry Killer Grip Kelly showed why that name is justified.
On behalf of myself (Liam), Ash of ALFitness and Hannah Of Nova Performance we would like to thank everyone for the support through the events. Whether you attended one, two or all three just supporting these events has helped us pull these events off and fingers crossed has been the start of an annual league where women get to compete centre stage, right from beginner level.
We are close to signing off on our 2025 dates, so if you are interest please do keep your eyes peeled, particularly on Strength Register:
