Each resistance band is complete with a smooth outer, and textured inner to allow greater grip and is clearly labelled with the resistance level meaning you are able to switch between resistance levels, depending on the movement.

If you’d like to make your resistance bands even more versatile, you could chose to add ankle straps or universal handle. Simply wrap the padded hand grips around the resistance band and attach the carabiner over the top. This will protect the resistance band whilst given extra versatility to the workouts available.
