Personal Training is a fantastic way to achieve your personal fitness goals whether that’s losing weight, increasing your functional fitness so that you can run around after your children or grab that tin from the top shelf or, helping you achieve that personal best.

Personal Training

All 1-2-1 personal training sessions take place in an encouraging, private and judgement-free gym space, with sessions available throughout the day, and week.

Your first session involves a free consultation where we can find out what it is that you’d like to achieve, get to know each other, understand your current fitness level, show you our fitness studio and work out a realistic and achievable fitness plan together.

All our sessions are designed to be fun, take you closer to your goals and leave you feeling great and wanting more!

Cancellation Policy

As a small private training facility, we request that you provide 1-weeks notice for any cancellations. This will allow us to effectively book someone in for this slot should you be unable to attend.

In the event of an injury or illness we are more than happy to work with you to rebook your paid for sessions, at a time that works for both parties. In the event of injury or illness we will however be unable to supply a refund as sessions are paid for in blocks.

With all eventualities we will always work with you to ensure you are happy, but please do respect that we are a small family run business working out of a private facility to provide people a safe place to train without onlookers, and with the accessibility to the equipment you need, when you need it. To enable us to continue to run this service, we do need to ensure our personal training slots are filled consistently.

What are Home Plans?

Home Plans can be part of any of our Buds personal training plans, and can be included following your initial consultation or at a later date. Our Buds have the choice of 2 or 3 additional home or gym workouts a week, alongside each personal training session.

These additional workouts can be completed at home or in the gym and can even include one of our friendly fitness classes if you wish, and don’t worry we won’t judge you if you miss any, with each workout tailored to help you achieve your fitness goals more quickly. Please note our Home Plans do not include meal plans.

Having ran the Race For Life 5 times, undertaken various charity challenge events and completed multiple half marathons Abbie knows the mental challenges that you might be needing to overcome to achieve your fitness goals.

She’s a mother of three and also leads our FitFactory classes.

About Liam:

Buds Fitness Co-owner Liam has been there, done that.

From Marathons to Strongman events and following his own personal journey with mental health, he’s passionate about raising awareness of mental health and making fitness for all, not just for your body but also your mind.

A proud father of three, and CPSL Mind Fundraiser.

Liam has played a vital part in taking Deadlifts Over Depression events on the road, and has recently founder Together We Lift Events in the hope to invite new lifters to our sport and mental health movement.
